Customer Registration
Follow these simple steps to sign up and unlock a world of financial convenience

Step 01: Mobile Registration

  1. 1. Choose "Sign Up" option
  2. 2. Accept "Terms & Conditions"
  3. 3. Fill the required fields with your valid information:
    • "First Name", "Last Name", "Email ID", "Mobile Number"
    • Set your profile picture (optional in Sign Up process)
    • "Referral Code" – if you have any invitation from a registered customer
  4. 4. Enter 4-digit verification code sent to your provided mobile number. You can choose "Resend" if you haven’t got the code.

Step 02: M-PIN Creation

  1. Create 4-digit mobile-pin for your account, then confirm the pin again.

Step 03: Relief Validation Limited (RVL) Onboarding

  1. 1. After M-Pin creation, DGePay app will prompt you to RVL portal. If you don’t have an RVL account, go to RVL registration page and choose "Start Registration". (Enrollment Guideline: RVL Registration Process)
  2. 2. Follow the steps for onboarding into RVL

Step 04: e-KYC

  1. 1. After M-Pin creation, DGePay app will prompt you to RVL portal on your mobile browser. Login with your RVL account to proceed with your e-KYC.
  2. 2. After logging in to the RVL portal, install “Tickঠিক” app from Play Store/AppStore (for more convenience, download the app before starting your registration process).
  3. 3. Click “Confirm” from “Tickঠিক” app. Your e-KYC will be completed.

Step 05: Other Information

  1. 1. From DGePay Customer app, review your Registered Details (Account Holder Name, National ID Number, Date of Birth, Address Info)
  2. 2. Fill the Personal Information:
    • Profession
    • Gender
  3. 3. You may tag your bank account (or skip it for now)

Congratulations! Your DGePay Customer account has been created. Welcome aboard.

Merchant Registration
Follow these simple steps to sign up and unlock a world of financial convenience

Step 01: Mobile Registration

  1. 1. Choose "Sign Up" option
  2. 2. Accept "Terms & Conditions"
  3. 3. Select your ownership type from the three options :
    • Sole Owner of the organization
    • One of the Owners of the organization
    • Authorized representative of the Owner
  4. 4. Toggle (Yes/No) your status for the following two questions (status must be “Yes” to proceed to the next step)
    • Are you one of the authorized signatories of the organization’s bank accounts?
    • Is your mobile number tagged with the organization’s bank account?
  5. 5. Fill the required fields with your valid information –
    • 'First Name', 'Last Name', 'Email ID', 'Mobile Number'
    • Set your profile picture (optional in Sign Up process)
    • 'Referral Code' – if you have any invitation from a registered customer
  6. 6. Enter 4-digit verification code sent to your provided mobile number. You can choose 'Resend' if you haven’t got the code.

Step 02: M-PIN Creation

  1. Create 4-digit mobile-pin for your account, then confirm the pin again.

Step 03: e-KYC Process

  1. 1. After M-Pin creation, DGePay app will prompt you to RVL portal. If you don’t have an RVL account, go to RVL Registration page and choose 'Start Registration'. (Enrollment Guideline: RVL Registration Process)
  2. 2. Follow the guideline to register (you may use 'Tickঠিক' app)
  3. 3. Login to your RVL account for proceeding with e-KYC
  4. 4. Click 'Confirm' from 'Tickঠিক' app for accessing your account
  5. 5. After completing e-KYC, DGePay will receive your Name, NID, Date of Birth and Permanent Address.

Step 04: Other Information

  1. 1. From DGePay Merchant app, review your Registered Details (Account Holder Name, National ID Number, Date of Birth, Address Info)
  2. 2. Fill the Personal Information:
    • Profession
    • Gender
  3. 3. Fill the Organization Information –
    • Organization Name, Ownership Type, Organization Type, Monthly Turnover, Business Type
    • Trade License Number (not required for Personal Retail Accountholder - PRA)
    • Digital Business Identification Number (only required for some online business)
  4. 4. Upload Organization Profile picture
  5. 5. Fill the Address Information
  6. 6. You may tag your bank account (or skip it for now)

Congratulations! Your DGePay Merchant account has been created. Welcome aboard!

Account Closing
For account closing users have to follow the steps given below

Step 01

  1. Go to Settings

Step 02

  1. Select 'Close Account'

Step 03

  1. Accept terms & conditions for close account

Step 04

  1. Enter the reason for account closing

Step 05

  1. Enter login PIN

Step 06

  1. Submit a request for account closing

Once the request is raised for account closing, DGePay will receive and approve the account closing request. Once DGePay approves the request, the user will not be able to perform the transaction. The user's pending settlement and dispute will be resolved within the next 30 days after the request gets approved. The user's account will be deleted after 30 days of approval.

Canceling Account Closing
To cancel an account closing users have to follow the steps given below

Step 01

  1. Go to Settings

Step 02

  1. Select 'Cancel Close Account'

Step 03

  1. Enter the reason for canceling account closing

Step 04

  1. Enter login PIN

Step 05

  1. Submit a request for canceling account closing

Once the request is raised for canceling account closing, DGePay will receive and approve the request of canceling account closing. Once DGePay approves the request, the user will be notified and use all functionalities of the application from that exact moment.
